Summary/Abstract: In the article were presented changes in the objectives shape in the enterprise of sustain development. The main stream of context was concern on two areas, that are mostly common in this type of enterprises - environmental perspective and social perspective. In the article were presented aims and motives of polish managers taking action In this areas. Motives were divided on philanthropy and business ones.
