Sectoral Qualifications Framework for tourism domain and its importance for the education and certification of tourist staff

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the project is to present the Sectoral Qualifications Framework for the tourism industry. The article discusses the status of implementation of the European Qualifications Framework and the Polish Qualifications Framework as well as presents methodologies frame construction sector and its major records. Based on the results of a survey the article assesses the framework project in the context of its suitability for shaping the quality of staff training in the areas related to tourism.
