Summary/Abstract: The article discusses selected issues related to knowledge management projects. The author shows the need to collect knowledge and experience from the implementation of other projects. He also proposes the creation of an enterprise database of good practice as the reference point and describes the role of project management office as the entity responsible for managing knowledge.
