Management of competence in the municipal office

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the issue of competence management in the municipal council. It presents the basic concepts and typologies related to the area of competence. In particular, the article focuses on the presentation of a study on the level of competence of employees and existing gap competence in the municipal council. The authors formulate general conclusions about the possibility of competence management in municipal offices.
