The effectiveness of implementation of EFQM excellence model

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to provide a tool that has contributed to the development of system thinking about an organization. These models allowed for more understandable for practice transformation of theoretical knowledge into the actions in practice. The construction of the model allows to see the whole and at the same time very precisely formulates the expectations for individual areas. The assessment of the model requires objectivity and because of it this article describes the advantages and disadvantages of the model as well as the conclusions being an attempt to identify opportunities to improve or adapt the tools of this type to a specific organization.
