THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING THE SCHOOL CENTERS WITHIN THE ISLAMIC COMMUNITY

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the summary of The Feasibility study for the project of establishing the School centers within the framework of the Islamic Community of BiH, on the territory of RS and the FBiH with Sarajevo Canton as a focal point. On the bases of the Decision about nominating the workgroup for carrying out the Study, that was brought by the reisu-l-ulema of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina Husein-ef. Kavazović, the workgroup was formed on 20th January 2014 in Sarajevo namely: Muamer Tinjak, Azemina Njuhović, Amina Isanović Hadžiomerović, Armina Nukić i Admir Zaimović. The project was carried out in the period from January to May 2014. Prior to starting with the actual research, the team of experts had prepared an action plan, distributed the tasks among the team in accordance with the special expertise of each of the members. After the comprehensive research that included the analysis of the current conditions of the education system in RS and Sarajevo Canton, keeping in mind the right to a language and the national group of subjects in education, the team completed the written form of the study. This study presents prospects and feasibility of establishing the Centers with the aim of introducing educational and upbringing model that is based upon high standards of the quality of knowledge, methods and personnel.
