Management of packing waste in Poland – state and perspective

Summary/Abstract: This paper shows a system of management of packing waste in Poland by all companies which introduce packing on the market. This article presents a synthetic combination of obligations of companies which apply to a system of management of packing waste described in fundamental legislative. The author of this paper draws attention to the presentation of three possible ways of management of packing waste in a company and points out for the perspectives of development of management of packing waste in Poland.
