Organizational culture diagnosis as an instrument of organization improving on the example of agricultural productive cooperatives

Summary/Abstract: The paper considers the usefulness of diagnosing and changing the culture of the organization in the process of its improving. The article presents the concept of organizational culture, changing conditions and the chosen method of diagnosis. Theoretical and methodological considerations were supported by five examples of agricultural productive cooperatives (ACP) in Opole region.
