Summary/Abstract: Constructing a managerial team is a time-consuming and elaborate process, even difficult more often than not. Gathering several people together, optimal as their selection for different roles might be, and asking them to solve problems is seldom enough. Any team passes through different phases, any phase having obvious consequences for the institution. The process of constituting a team and of synchronizing its members must be attentively followed by the management, so that the purpose of the team coincide with the objectives and purposes of the institution.
