Summary/Abstract: In the context of the evolution of the educational system and the permanent non-university military education, as a part of national education system, it should be analysed the transformation imposed by the European educational policies. In this manner, through the following analysis it is wanted to highlight the extent to which the graduate model, as a document used by military structures to inpose their interests on the design and the organization of institutionalized training, it is correlated with the occupational standard.
