Summary/Abstract: The importance of the professional skills concerning the evolution of the educational systems, within theprojection of training programs, has become essential. An objective analysis of the platoon commanders’ status and theirattached professional roles is required in order to identify and define their basic specific skills. Only after establishing thespecific expected behaviour of the platoon commanders, the projection of their professional skills is possible.
