Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to illustrate the multiplicity of ways of performing organizational and managerial discourse by analyzing epistemological and praxeological dimensions of different scientific constructs such as: theories; paradigms; metaphors and ideologies. The range of ways of performing organizational and managerial discourse can illustrate the fundamental difference between two ways of understanding science. The first method; the result of which should be scientific theories; can be described with the term “epistemological fundamentalism”. The second method could be described as “epistemological plurslistism”; based on the multiplicity of interpretations and incommesurabilities.
