Summary/Abstract: This paper aims at presenting Dynamic Marketing Capabilities as an emerging research area in management. This aim is achieved through a systematic and critical review of scientific works devoted to dynamic capabilities (DCV) and dynamic marketing capabilities (DMC). Prior studies in this area that were published in the period 2002-2015 outline numerous gaps on conceptual and empirical level. On the other hand; these studies suggest further work as they illustrate some benefits that may be gained though the development of DMC.
