Summary/Abstract: Of all times, violence has marked the existence of mankind under various forms: starting from the time of Cain & Abel to the intrusion into private life. Unfortunately, although there should be an element that can alleviate the harmful effects of the phenomenon, the reality is just the opposite. Numerous studies conducted by sociologists and psychologists asked by National AudioVisual Council showed as violence monopolize the content of broadcasts. Moreover, the same studies showed that TV shows are scheduled in the tv's programms at the hours easily accessible to the public the most easily influenced.
