Summary/Abstract: Violence is one of the biggest problems of contemporary society. The phenomenon had a latent dispersion in each sector of the society, any attempt of the authorities to combat the violence being stipulated in the numerous decisions and laws applied at national level. Some of these have entered into force at the same time as the entry in the EU space. But it is not enough. Violence is found to be chameleonic, adapting to the new dimensions of the society being hallucinating. Thus, the legislator's work becomes one worthy of Sisyphus work ...
