Summary/Abstract: Organizations and their analyses captured in a great measure the attention of researchers over time. We propose in this paper, the presentation of the evolution of approaches relating to organizations and their management, analyzing the classical theories and approaches of the twentieth century, to reach and to embrace the new paradigm in the organizational world, from the beginning of the 21st century.
