Summary/Abstract: The subject are engaged in research on process of business clusters in Bulgaria and forming a innovative culture. This is a study of clusters as an instrument of innovation in aspect of economy, based on knowledge. The hypothesis lei at the root of researching an organizational culture in a business clusters and on expectation that a new communication creates a innovative culture. Organizational culture has been regarded as a sure way to explain what is happening in the organizational reality at an individual and group level. The research results could find application in the organization of various forms of scientific research teams, innovating organizations, state institutes in the system of tertiary education.
