SOME PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ADULTS ELEARNING PROCESS

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents aspects concerning psychological conciliation of adult learners involved in Program for Pre-schools and Primary Schools Teachers at Bucharest University, CREDIS Department,. The program that has started in 2005 is dedicated to those who want to upgrade their professional background, people that have to learn and to work at the same time. Facing all kind of problems they need help and conciliation, a good communication with their tutors. The presentation will focus mainly on the foreign language class because this academic subject increases their anxiety.
