Summary/Abstract: Many technological support the creation and subsequent cataloging of archival materials represent today a large archive of professional challenges. For purposes of the system of records management and archiving large variety of requirements (needs) and related implementation methods of migration. Analysis of modern technological solutions in systems of records management and long-term storage segment shows the development of a completely new professional archival solutions and related methods.
