Summary/Abstract: This paper presents information literacy training course for students at postgraduate studies at two direction of Faculty of Criminal Justice Sciences, which the aim was to educate students for independent search of information sources and their evaluation. It tried to give basic indications that will help them although the small number of scheduled hours. Students is offered evaluation form at the end consisting of six questions to which answers are provided rounding and presenting the opinions of the individual segments as well as the lecturer. The results of the evaluation will be presented in the paper. Based on the results of evaluation and the issues that are set during the performance of teaching, demonstrated the necessity of introducing information literacy as a general education subject on the undergraduate and postgraduate studies and competences of the librarian as a lecturer.
