Summary/Abstract: The Internet is a medium that can spread at breakneck speed, and found its way into our everyday life. It is indisputable that today the existence of a website company considers its “identity card”, in terms of communication, there is an opportunity to interact, or two-way communication. However, the website must be attractive and up to date to attract attention and must provide a certain number and type of data that the user can get the information that you are interested. It becomes a means of promoting all the activities of a company, including archives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, opens new opportunities and enables communication with an unlimited number of users. Social networks have also become a very importantcommunication channel, considering the number of users of Facebook and Twitter, as well as the most widely used social networks. Do archives in Bosnia and Herzegovina use all the features of the Internet, whether they are used in the right way and in line with modern trends in the field of public relations, and what is the current situation in relation to 2009, when conducted analysis website of archives in Bosnia and Herzegovina? This paper aims to answer these questions.
