Summary/Abstract: Archive of Tuzla Canton is one of the few institutions of this type that have a website, but analysis has shown that a lot of things missing and that the site can certainly be improve, which would contribute to more customers and thus better communication with the public. The Internet is a medium that is breakneck speed spread and found its way into our everyday lives. There is no doubt that today the existence of a website company consider as its ,,identity card", and in terms of communication, the possibility of interaction, two-way communication. However, the website must be attractive so they can draw attention and they need to provide a certain number and type of data from which the user can get to the information interested in. The redesign of the existing website of the Archive of Tuzla Canton is an attempt to fulfill the said requirements.
