Summary/Abstract: Extraction of the material terms of limited storage at the present time is very important, since it increases the amount of material in the paper every day, so it is a concern archives to carry out the quality education creator in order to achieve the desired results. The next step is to monitor the creator, and to facilitate the elimination of required preparation of general and sectoral list of materials that allow creators to adequately carry out the elimination of the material. No branch lists exist for some creators, such as hospitals, and the problem is large amounts of material, because the existing lists note that almost all records should be kept permanently. And how can we ensure perseverance of foreign ministry and prevent the current way of acquiring material, somce we take almost all the material in the disordered state and without a list to prevent its destruction.
