ISSUES OF EVALUATION ARCHIVAL AND CURRENT RECORDS MATERIALS OUTSIDE FROM ARCHIVES

Summary/Abstract: Considering that nowadays development of technology is became simplified and cheaper for production of a large amounts a written and electronic materials , it is necessary to do the evaluation with the creator and regularly select material with limited validity for keeping. On that way the archive would take over only material of a permanent significance. The article present the situation on the field where we evaluate the materials and make special list (and creators should make those lists).
