Summary/Abstract: The publication presents possible approaches to learning that are addressed in the context of social and intensive technical changes in the last two decades. These approaches are oriented towards understanding learning as a creative process that is associated with the synthesis of information from different sources, rationalization of this information and to find new and modern ideas to use in different situations. In this context, draws attention to two important points in learning, motivation and the pursuit of knowledge. The first depends directly on the teaching methods of teacher/lecturer (as well as many other factors such as social and educational environment, for example), and the second is directly dependent on the chosen approach to learning.
