Summary/Abstract: Human security is a central element of the globalization process. The concept shows a state in which all humanity feels secure; there is protection against the threat of disease, hunger, unemployment, crime, armed conflict, environmental disasters etc. The existence of human security, which can be translated into safety requirements, in the political, economic, social, military, and ecological fields, is under constant threat, daily life is characterized by a state of human insecurity. It is obvious that insecurity, and în particular human insecurity, exists în many areas of social life, and may lead to a major social, political, and military conflict.
