MANAGEMENT OF CONFLICTS IN THE PROJECT TEAM

Summary/Abstract: The paper accents upon one of the dimensions of project team leadership, and namely – the management of conflicts. The inevitably emerging disagreements during the project execution could be constructive, but more often are destructive, on the basis of which the necessity of their settlement is grounded. There are presented different individual conflict strategies, as well as one possible approach for solving interpersonal conflicts on behalf of the project manager. A special attention is given to the difficulties, pursuing the management of conflicts as a part of the whole process of project team uniting.
