Summary/Abstract: Children with special educational needs (SEN) are one important group in the social and educational area. Two main concepts have been explored – SEN and inclusion – in order to identify the amplitude and the main meanings and built lists of publications available on internet, from major resources. One major aim of this study was to document, via eLearning sources, an important draft document (a national strategy) posted on the website of the Romanian Education Ministry. The internet resources for SEN and inclusion are very rich and diverse. In spite of the diversity, there are some common trends in terminology and in the definition of the two terms. The idea of Inclusive Education for pupils with Special Educational Needs is widely spread in the virtual world, particularly in the UNESCO, EADSNE work and in the English speaking cultures.
