Summary/Abstract: New areas of activity of non-business organizations (public and private) are an impulse of the development of innovative channels of communication of these entities with the public (different groups of stakeholders). Currently, the content of the messages, not only have the characteristics to promote the organization, but are also an instrument of fundraising, to raise funds for development activities (crowdfunding) and bring about social change. The paper will present various aspects of modern communication of non-profit organizations with the environment, against new media.
