Analysis of the progress and implementation of the measures contained in IV axis “Leader" RDP 2007-3013

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the activities referred to in IV priority axis of the RDP 2007-2013. In this axis there are implemented three activities that were directed mainly to the recovery of entrepreneurship of rural people with use of social capital building, increasing the possibilities of obtaining financial resources and their use, as well as improve the management of local resources. The study was made with special consideration of tasks realization of quantity and material (financial) terms. A comparison of the number of tasks included in the program in relation to the number of decisions were done and shown that according to the second quarter of 2014 tasks were made in financial terms at the level of 54.5%. when the least (22.7%) in the field of implementation of cooperation projects.
