Summary/Abstract: lova: hromadná žaloba, certifikace, diskriminace, zaměstnanec, zaměstnavatel, pracovněprávní spor Summary: The article deals with the regulation of collective redress in the legal environment of the United States from the perspective of labor disputes in the area of discrimination. The aim of this article is to describe the most important aspects of collective litigation in the field of law under consideration and assess whether the takeover of this procedural tool into the Czech legal system would be desirable and rational.
