Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze lobbing in context of variety of lobbingregulations in various territories, as well as attempt to assess Polish regulation andpractice. The nature of this research is paying particular attention on spatialdifferentiation of lobbing perception – the geography of lobbing and its dynamics.In the first part of the paper author presents the essence of lobbing in the modernworld – strategies and methods of its influence on the legislation process. In the secondpart the stress is put on difference between two basic models of realization andassessment of lobbing – American and European. The essential principles of lobbingmonitoring which are of universal character and the consequences of regional perceptionof lobbing monitoring in various states are presented later on. In the last section of thepaper author shows Polish experiences in lobbing – Polish model of lobbing seenthrough Polish parliament.
