Quality Function Deployment As A Tool For Improvement Of Value Proposal In High Education

Summary/Abstract: Focus on students, as faculty services users, is very important for identification of faculties' improvement opportunities. If there is no focus on students and analysis of "voice of students" initiative for improving quality of work on faculties can be absent or with unsatisfying results. One of the tools, used under the modern concepts for quality management can be implemented for service organizations work improvement, and therefore faculties work improvement, too. The tool in question is Quality Function Deployment, which is promoted in enterprises in Japan. Implementation of this tool is presented for the Faculty of Economics in Niš.
