Lease of agricultural land of the treasure –

state and prospect

Summary/Abstract: Agricultural Property Agency by management of agricultural property Treasure (APT) realizes aims of the state politics using various instruments, e.g. lease. The lease was the basic form of agricultural lands management in the initial period of the Agency activity. At present, her meaning is limited to the advantage of a sale. It is a result of changes in the government politics which caused obligations for the APA to accelerate the process of the privatization. The article aim is to present a scale of the APT lease as well as an estimation of a future shape of lease in a context of a law changes and its effects.
