The local development plan essential tool for shaping the development of the local community

Summary/Abstract: In the current legal environment the most important tasks in the field of local development accrue municipality as the basic unit of local government. Local government bodies are increasingly involved in the conscious shaping of the economic development of the local and regional level. Using for that a number of instruments and methods de-signed primarily to stimulate entrepreneurship. The implementation of this process, it is also possible by creating a clear vision of community planning by developing a zoning plan. Purpose of this article, is to determine the essence of the local development plan with particular emphasis on the function of spatial policy, and for socio-economic development of the village.
