Comparative analysis of support instruments of CAP in period of long-term financial perspective 2014-2020 towards to CAP 2007-2013

Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on comparison of financial support level between years 2014-2020 and 2007-2013. The analysis was made between 2 pillars of CAP and among the EU Members States. The results show that in I pillar of CAP, which concerned mainly direct payments, the increase of means for new Member States (NUE-13) in comparison to EU-15 was observed. Analyzing the quota of support in П pillar of CAP, which covered rural areas development there was noticed adversative occurrence. In period of 2007—2013 payments from I pillar was 286,5 billion euro and in the next perspective they were increased to 294,4 billion euro (2,7%). And the budget of П pillar of CAP was increased from 88,3 billion euro to 95,3 billion euro (9,7%).
