Summary/Abstract: The increase of the service sector importance in economy is currently a natural trend in the European Union. Thus, the participants of international relations that are willing to improve their competitivenes must concentrate their pro-developmental activities on strategic types of services, which consider, not only the comparative costs, but also the needs regarding the human flow. Each economic situation in which there is a global crisis requires the examination and stressing the role of interdependence and cooperation between enterprises, states and international organizations at the local level. The main subjects of the analysis are the UE countries from the East-Central Europe. The aim of the article is determining fields of cooperation regarding services between the union countries. The descriptive and comparative methods of the depiction cover the current point of view as well as the future prospects.
