Summary/Abstract: Presently, the globalization in trade and in capital markets forced service organizations to extend the range ofservice functions to meet globally accepted standards in a single economic system. However, not all servicecompanies are the same. Globalization has different implications for different types of services and is affectedby the nature of the process involved in creating and delivering a given service. The aim of this paper is to definestrategies and enduring patterns of action for service sector entities such as: a set of reliable rules, means andreactions as well as to define new methods of performance through analysis and logical conclusions that arisefrom the laws and dependence between economic values. All the factors have significance in terms of thegrowth in services thus in the growth of the whole economy in general.
