Summary/Abstract: Creative destruction is an inevitable process which occurs in any economy. J.A. Schumpeter is the author of creative destruction concept, and by this term he meant a long – term evolutionary process which is a form or method of economic change. Creative destruction can be seen in terms of microeconomic, mesoeconomic and macroeconomic. In terms of regions and changes that occur within them, the mesoeconomic level is of utmost importance within which the process of creating new companies and businesses, or adjustment to market change.
