From consumer to prosumer – the analysis of on line services users’ behavior in Poland

Summary/Abstract: On line market it is one of the on line goods and services markets, with different accompanying subjects: its consumers, being passive receivers of the Internet content and prosumers, for which the Internet content constitutes the reference point for further activity. The significant for improving of prosumption are: Web 2.0 trend, the wikinomics, which based on cooperation, constantly changes the character of product’s creation, services in the Internet, social activity and other forms of activity. The prosumption in the Internet is connected to the change of methods of labor and services, and ways of behavior outside them. The examples describing this thesis may be new ways and models of: shopping, communication, learning etc.
