Summary/Abstract: The current practice of establishing models of archival information informal and only formalized archival information systems, especially if they relate to certain professional employees indicates the long term as a great loss of human and other resources in the area of available information sources, and even more in the utilization of human resources. Switching from informalized and formalized models of archival information systems in standardized and globalized models is neither simple nor cheap. Their effects are visible only in the long term. This hypothesis must establish the following facts:- Information systems that rely on paper based technology, due to the nature of the data derived by the organization can support primarily organized sequential data structures, which can be organized in hierarchical way. As a rule, the hierarchy is visible but for example in the index content. Unlike them, advanced information systems, which are based on relational data structures allow greater rationalization of human resources, and migration data in such a system, or from it to other systems. - - Information and its content and context of connecting to the paper-based systems represented as clearly defined indicators and to whether in fact express the relationship of subordination or lack of it, or a simple sequence of content presented. In relational systems, they are presented in detail on the basis of certain relations, which means that they must be content, which together form the information derived from standardized methodological manner, and above all must be laid down criteria for classification, the criteria are clear divisions before the start of processing data for individual detailed elements of committed data structure.- By making the standard archival informational aids their authors have to worry primarily for a clear determination and creating simple relations to the individual descriptions and archival material. In relational systems that is concern of the system, as it is only necessary to fill the content provided in detailed archival expert, semantical and prescribed manner.
