Summary/Abstract: Tincuta, a feminine character of the 19th's end, belongs to those "favourite personages" that appeals Duiliu Zamfirescu' literary interest. The times lived by the character are far from the patriarhal harmony, presented in "Life at the countryside". The heroine overwhelmed by the dominant universe of upstartness and the land agents' rudeness has not only any vitality of the slaviciene feminine characters, but also the adaptability of the caragialiene'ones. The writer's solution is to restrain Tincuta in idealism and angelism, fact that shows an involution related to the reprezentation of literary feminism.
