Summary/Abstract: The pragmatical competency can be defined as a speaker’s skill of selecting and arranging the linguistic elements in relation with the effect taken into consideration, and the circumstances in which there are speaker and interlocutor. The common European framework of reference for foreign language presents a great suppleness in relation with the scientific theories (Cecrl) realised in pragmatic field. The pragmatic competence, as it is presented in Cecrl, has connection with pragmatic integrated in semantics and articulates around the three components: discursive competency, functional competence and schematic conception. In the modern system of teaching/ learning foreign language, the pragmatic competence became a necessity.
