Summary/Abstract: The 2015 presidential election in Belarus once again demonstrated how weak the opposition is. Its poor results were caused not only by regular persecutions but also internal divisions. These divisions were so strong that the opposition could not manage to register one candidate to run for president or become a symbol of its unity.
