Summary/Abstract: One of the most often used words not only in management and organizational science, but in economy in general is the word “corporation”. Corporations are of the most often forms of organizing a business activity. They are present in all parts of the world, although not to the same extent. Even besides the many joint characteristics of corporations, still they differ from each other in a great amount of aspects. The differences have to do with their size, type of industry in which they are active, way how they are internally organized.
