Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses the legal framework of employment contracts for temporary work concluded under Art. 107r-107ch of the Bulgarian Labour Code. It emphasizes on the legal protection, which the law offers temporary workers. Discussed is also the application of unequal treatment prevention of the employed workers in the enterprise. Attention is paid to the collective rights of temporary workers, joining the collective agreement and its connection to their specific employment.
