Business Rules Extraction within a Scrum Development Process

Summary/Abstract: The paper describes how our approach to the automated extraction of business rules from program code can be used during an agile software development. The feasibility of the proposed general considerations has been examined within a particular agile framework - SCRUM. Some possible scenarios for combining the business rules extraction with the SCRUM development process have been identified. In conclusion the value, which the proposed approach can add to SCRUM is evaluated and the expected benefits for a number of activities are given.
