Summary/Abstract: It carried out a gender analysis of personnel policy in Russia in the areas of vocational training, employment, development of personnel in a professional organization, the promotion of women and men in the decision-making level. On the basis of documentary and statistical sources, the author concludes that incomplete use of labor potential of Russian women and offers a number of social technologies for the application of gender mainstreaming in the state personnel policy.
