Construction of an innovative economy as part of the "Morawiecki Plan" - Challenges and Perspectives

Summary/Abstract: Poland since the accession to the EU has spent powerful community funding for research projects and innovations. However, the effects of the actions taken do not have a major impact on the improvement of innovation in the Polish economy. This demonstrates the need to change the adopted solutions. The answer to the problems of Polish development is announced 16 February 2016 year, "Morawiecki Plan". This article aims to analyze the legitimacy of the adopted plan narrowed to business innovation in the context of the effects of previously used solutions. Analysis of literature and program documents don't leaves illusions fact that although a lot of innovation in Poland has been said the last few years, it did not have a practical bearing on the national economy.
