Summary/Abstract: This paper presents application of one of data mining techniques – association rules to analyze customer reviews, based on the data gathered at one of the American hotels. The application of association rules is due to the large volume of available review data and the fact that the rules can be presented in a very clear and meaningful way. The study resulted in a number of interesting rules that can be a valuable source of information about the quality of services and the perception of the hotel by the clients.
